The campaign was heartfelt and reflected how transparency is absolutely vital when it comes to a brand and its consumers. The initiative of not holding back, patience and clarity was the core of this campaign. It showed how consumers deserve answers for their ambiguities and there’s no better way than making them see it from their own eyes. What made this campaign stand out was, it’s openness to feedback, the decision to not create backlash, rather communicating with the audience, creating a safe space to discuss opinions and addressing their concerns with complete transparency. This activity allowed the consumers to feel connected to the brand and to “Believe What They See”.
The second award was won for, “The Best Social Media Influencer Communications (Nestlé S&T Yogurt – #StartSmart)”. This campaign managed to hit major milestones as well, by reaching more than 2.4 Million people. This campaign targeted the millennial’s, created awareness about making informed lifestyle choices and outlined how making healthy choices can be integrated in one’s routine. Today’s young generation is nothing but ambitious, the campaign helped them find a quick fix to a healthy lifestyle without compromising on their busy schedules. The importance of having breakfast and highlighting Nestlé S&T Yogurt as a solution to it, was the heart of the campaign. By the end of it, the campaign successfully, integrated the idea of Staying Smart as habit rather than a choice!
