First look of Sarmad Khoosat’s upcoming movie

Sarmad Khoosat’s Upcoming venture of Sarmad Khosat Zindagi Tamasha finally has a poster.

Sarmad Khosat revelaed the first look on his production banner, Khosat films. There is an aged man with a tasbeeh, in the poster. Though this is not the official poster of the film that is yet to have its premier at the Busan Film Festival. The event is scheduled to commence on October 3 and run until October 12, 2019. This movie essentially refers to ‘the circle of life’.

The news of Zindagi Tamasha being screened at Busan Film Festival was also shraed by Khoosat’s production banner.

“We heard through the grapevine that our next film is a part of the official selection for the Busan International Film Festival. It’s true!” the caption read.

The director’s debut film Manto earned significant appreciation and gained critical as well as commercial acclaim worldwide. While Sarmad’s latest outing  Zindagi Tamasha has been cleared by the central and provincial censor boards, its official release date has not been announced.

The film stars Arif Hassan, Samiya Mumtaz, Ali Kureishi and Eman Suleman. Sarmad will also make a special appearance on screen and majority of the film is shot in Punjabi.

Other than Zindagi Tamasha, Khoosat will also be helming Saba Qamar-starrer, Kamli. The film is slated to release next year as well.
