Justin Bieber is in legal trouble for posting a photo of himself on Instagram. Paparazzo Robert Barbera has filed a lawsuit against the singer for the “unauthorized reproduction and public display” of a copyrighted photograph.
According to court filings, “Barbera is the author of the Photograph and has at all times been the sole owner of all right, title and interest in and to the Photograph, including the copyright thereto.”
The lawsuit comes after Jennifer Lopez was sued for $150,000 (£116,595) for copyright infringement over a paparazzi photo.
