Dengue Cases Increased By 70% In Pakistan

Dengue fever is no laughing matter and can sometimes lead to death. And it got worse for Pakistan in 2019.

Health Minister Dr Zafar Mirza revealed that there are 175 deaths from dengue fever reported this year hitting an all-time high in Pakistan.

Here are the symptoms of dengue fever and ways to prevent Aedes mosquitoes from breeding in your area:

there is no specific treatment for dengue or severe dengue but early detection and prompt medical care will save lives.

Dengue cases might reach 150,000 cases by the end of this year if they are not contained and various methods have been used to overcome dengue outbreak such as fogging and removing breeding sites for mosquitoes.
