Secrets to long and shiny hair.

Girls are really worried about their hair and everyone wishes to have long and shiny hair. To make them silky and soft, shampoos won’t work. These chemical-filled shampoos and hair masks only spoil your hair and weaken the roots. Then what to do?

Here are some best remedies that I have also tried and got the best results. Go through them and try yourself.

  • Apply egg to your hair.

 

Eggs are not only good for your health but also provide nourishment to hair. Just take an egg, 1 tbsp. olive oil, and 1 tbsp. honey. Whisk them well and apply to your hair for 30 minutes. After washing the hair, you’ll notice an improved texture, with shine. It’s kind of a hair mask that will strengthen your hair and make them more manageable.

  • Yogurt.

This is yet another thing that will make your hair look great. Curd is enriched with Vitamin B5 and D that are essential for hair health. In addition, it also fights dandruff. Adding a small amount of amla in it, will enhance hair growth and give a Vitamin C boost.

  • Aloe vera.

Aloe vera is probably the best thing that you can use for your hair. It is abundant with special enzymes that repair the damaged cells as well as follicles on your scalp ultimately, increasing hair growth. Aloe vera is anti-frizz and an ingredient that keeps your hair hydrated.

  • Oiling

Oh yes, how can you forget oiling? For those who do not oil their hair can never get healthy hair even if they use the above things. Regular oiling twice a week is extremely important. And if you massage your hair with slightly warm mustard oil, or olive oil, or coconut oil, whichever suits your hair, the results are even better.

Caution!

Just stop using expensive shampoos for hair growth and shine. Hair always requires an herbal treatment or the above things. Shampoos, conditioners, and hair masks are highly concentrated with various ingredients that only promote hair fall, and make the texture rough. It’s better to avoid using such artificial things.
