Winters are around the corner and the first change you will notice in your body is Hair. They will start to get less shiny and thin. On the other hand, it will also affect your scalp and you can face dandruff and oily scalp sometimes too.

Your body needs proteins and vitamins in winters badly. You have often observed the fact that we don’t feel thirsty in winters; this is because your body requirements get to the lowest extent.

But what you can do is you can substitute it with good healthy fruits and vegetables. It will give you immense energy and at the same time keeps your body active and warm.

Wash Your Hair With Cold Water:

One mistake we all are doing since ages. Do not wash your hair with hot water. I repeat do not. I know how difficult it is, to not to take a bath with warm water in winters but trust me, hot water will leave your hair rough and dry which will lead to hair fall as well. And I am sure you don’t want that, do you?
