Who lives longer coffee drinkers or non-coffee drinkers ??

Lets just skip tea aside and talk about coffee for a day. I have some good news for you: There’s a new study showing the habit, that could be good for your health.

Last year in the Journal of the American Medical Association it was published that provide evidence , ” coffee drinking can be part of a healthy diet and offers reassurance to coffee drinkers” especially in regards to mortality. Researchers looked at more than 500,000 people between the ages of 38 and 73. 380,000 of whom were coffee drinkers. Their objective was to study the links between drinking coffee and mortality based on how well your body can absorb caffeine.

The results will surprise even the extreme coffee drinkers: They found that coffee was inversely related to mortality among people who drank 1 to 8 or more cups of coffee a day, even for those whose bodies were slower to absorb caffeine intake. This includes ground, instant, and decaf coffee.

But on the other hands Coffee might be good for your skin. Another study published in last December found that participants who drank 4 cups of coffee per day were less likely to develop rosacea compared with participants who did not drink coffee.

Study found that, coffee drinkers were more active and full of energy as compared to tea drinkers. It stated they stayed more active at work and were quick to notice and grab small details, where as less lazy compared to non-drinkers.

So from now, well i am thinking to skip tea and start drinking coffee.
