We hear from everyone that walking is the best exercise. It is good for everyone, young or an old person. Walking keeps us healthy and it affects our mental health in a positive way. You need to wear comfortable shoes and get out of the house. It is good for someone who is on the beginning of getting fit.

Walking can be beneficial for your Eye sight. With efficient walks, the chances of glaucoma can be reduced. You can adjust the pressure of blood around your eyes when you walk and blood pressure stays in normal level, Eye sight remain healthy and there are very less chances of losing vision.

The walk after eating a meal is more beneficial than walking in the morning. It helps in clearing glucose in the blood. Diabetic patients can maintain their health by walking after meal everyday. Older people have a resistance to insulin as they hit a certain age so walking can help them keep their health in check.

A 20 minutes walk could be very beneficial for everyone. It is a very healthy habit, so everyone must include it in their routine. Listen to music and walk so that you do not get bored or walk with someone like your friends or family, so you stay motivated.
