The world’s oldest person reveals her secret to longevity

Emma Morano, the world’s oldest person, celebrated her 117th birthday last month. She is humanity’s last known survivor of the 19th century.

Age is only a number. That is a cliché, but it’s true. You are just as young or old as you feel like you are. The definition of age is different for each individual, yet how we define it is completely different to the effects that it can have on people.

The world's oldest person reveals her secret to longevity
Dressing up on occasion she demanded to know ‘Does her hair look all right.’ Not only this, she is very concernd about her health as well;

“I eat two eggs a day, and that’s it. And cookies. Her prodigious egg habit started when she was diagnosed with anemia at 20 and a doctor told her to start eating two raw and one cooked every day: a habit she maintained until her appetite began to ebb slightly around the age of 110.”

When she had teeth, she was very fond of chomping chicken and lean raw steak.

People often say that they cannot look good or dress well because they are not thin enough or they are too old for it. I believe anyone can dress well, no matter what her size or age is.
