Bollywood version of ‘Rashke Qamar’ has ruined legendary music’s pure essence

First it was Hawa hawai, and now it’s Mere Rashke Qamar, simply don’t understand why these Bollywood commercial flicks ruin legendary music & destroy its pure essence.

In 1988, Qawwali maestro Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan released one of his most famous songs Mere Rashke Qamar. Since then, many renditions of the celebrated song were made.

Have a look:

Bollywood composers should now realise that no matter how many remakes they make, it can not simply compete with the original version at all.
