Fruits with the highest and lowest Sugar counts

For fitness freaks, sugar is the worst thing ever; whether its natural or artificial. Fruits contain naturally occurring sugar which is preferable but still we need to keep check on it with the amount of sugar we consume, in the form of fruits. Here is the list of fruits which contains highest and lowest sugar counts.

HIGH SUGAR: LYCHEES

LOW SUGAR: AVOCADO
