5-Step Night Time Skincare Routine 

Following a skincare routine before sleeping is very important because our skin heals and absorbs nutrients while we are sleeping. So having a good night time skin care routine makes our skin glow and look healthy. 

  • Remove your makeup with a makeup remover to get ride of all the makeup.
  • Then use a gentle cleanser to wash your face so that all dirt and impurities in the pores can be cleansed off. 
  • Apply a toner to balance the skin’s natural pH levels and moisture levels. An alcohol free toner is always a better choice.
  • Apply an eye cream which has peptides as it prevents early signs of ageing and wrinkles around the eyes. 
  • Lastly apply a good moisturiser all over your face and neck which will help rejuvenate your skin.
