HOW TO INCORPORATE MENTAL HEALTH IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE

  1. Take time out to assess and observe feelings-if something is bothering, sort that out!
  2. At the end of each day write down something you are grateful for- so you avoid taking life and opportunities for granted
  3. If you are experiencing negativity, write them down and challenge them.
  4. Look after your physical health; go for walks, have a balanced diet.
  5. Spend time to connect with family and friends
  6. If your emotions are overwhelming you, do not be afraid to share your feelings with somebody.
  7. Get some time out for “me” time
  8. Start and end your day with deep breathing
  9. Make a realistic to-do list- write down what you can achieve in a day
  10. Stop comparing yourself with other people, instead look up and learn from them!
