Is Eating too much Chocolate good for your Health ?

Chocolate is the most favourite sweet for me. I can eat chocolate every single day and i am sure everyone likes it, because who in this world wouldn’t like to eat chocolates ? I mean who ?? Chocolate is basically made of cocoa which comes from the cocoa tree. There are many types of chocolates be it dark chocolate, light chocolate, white chocolate, sugar free chocolates, extra dark chocolate and many more

But chocolate is very much high in sugar and saturated fat. It is a high calorie food, and if you eat a lot of chocolate than it can result in excess weight, a risk factor for cardiovascular disease. Healthier sources of polyphenols include beans, pulses, fruit and vegetables.
