OVERTHINKING CAN BE DANGEROUS

What do you understand by the word Overthinking ? Overthinking actually means to worry or think about something repeatedly. Thinking too much about something, its like having the same thoughts about something again and again. People who are carefree and happy in their life doesn’t even know the right meaning of what is Overthinking. It is the fear of something bad not good. When you dwell about something continuously. Overthinking comes in two forms, one is worrying about today and even the past and the other one is worrying about your future. Sometimes overthinking hits so hard specially at night, that you start getting panic attacks, you face anxiety, headache, body aches, you feel numb. Overthinking can even lead you to the hospital if the condition worsens. When you overthink you start to imagine and creating fake stories about our life in our head. It causes stress. One always gets scared and is worry about something bad happen to you .
