Pakistani Civil Awards are presented to citizens who have made the country very proud. This 14th Aug, Sarmad Khoosat acquired the President’s Prize for Pride of Pakistan.
While addressing to a local newspaper, Sarmad said “It is extremely overwhelming and no words of gratitude will suffice the love, acceptance and appreciation my country and people of my country have showered me with. I hope and pray that I won’t let them down, ever. I will be eternally indebted to this ‘mitti‘.”
While the whole industry congratulated Khoosat who directed known dramas like Humsafar, Shehr-e-Zaat, and he has even played the lead role in Manto.
