Samra Khan, a Karachi based singer, famous for her duet with Asim Azhar ‘Hina Ki Khushbu’ in Coke Studio 8 has a good news for her fans. She is coming back with fireworks through her new and the first solo single, “Bol”.
The song has been written by Waqqas Qadir Sheikh and is composed by Atif Ali. Samra has explained that the song is not about the liberation from the society’s chains only. But, it is about getting everything you ever wanted without thinking about third-person comment.
Samra says: “This is my first original track, so of course it’s very close to my heart. This song is about breaking free, speaking out & breaking stereotype. Its lyrics are universal so I know that everyone will connect to it in a different way”.
Previously, as mentioned, Samra’s duet ‘Hina Ki Khushbu’ a refreshed version of Madam Noor Jahan’s song crossed 2 million views. She sure won hearts with her ear melting voice and soul warming singing.
She is currently working on several tracks which are going to launch by the end of this year.
