Game of Thrones’ epic fight between noble families for the iron throne has finally paid off. The show has managed to create a history at the 68th Emmys in Los Angeles on Sunday. Those who don’t know, Emmys are the Oscars of TV.
GoT has become the most successful show in TV history. The audience has been reminiscing the old, noble times for about 7 years now.
The famous HBO series grabbed a total of 12 Emmys this season. Nine of the awards were dedicated to technical categories, while, the other three were the main awards of the night. GoT won the best drama Emmy, Best Writing and Best Direction awards.
Adding all awards; the series has succeeded to own till now, it makes a whooping total of 38.
