Kim Kardashian, a US reality television star was held up at gunpoint inside her Paris hotel room by assailants disguised as police.
The robbers took valuables worth several millions of dollars, mostly jewelry, police told; “The total amount is still being evaluated.” The incident happened around 3 a.m. local time in Paris at a discreet luxury residence behind the Madeleine Church, where Kardashian stayed at least once before, in 2014, before her marriage to Kanye West.
Further, France info reported that Kardashian West’s bodyguard had been handcuffed during the incident, and that there were five robbers armed with handguns.
On hearing the news, Kardashian’s husband, rapper Kanye West, abruptly ended a festival appearance in New York citing a “family emergency.”
