Recently, several women were allegedly molested in Bengaluru despite police presence at a large gathering. On this widespread outrage, Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan urged parents to teach their sons to respect women.
The 51-year-old actor said, women should be treated with utmost respect, whether they are working professionals or housewives.
“It is completely wrong. I feel mothers and fathers should teach their sons how to respect women.”
He further said, “All women as daughters or mothers are close to my heart. It’s high time we realise and make sure that they are the most respected people on the planet. They are god’s creations. Irrespective of their field, they should be respected.”
