Lahore-based theater and stage actress Soha Ali has accused her producer of sexual abuse and rape. An artist who is new in the industry and also a mother approached the police and filed an application regarding the incident.
Soha claimed that the producer raped her and threatened her if she went on complaining against him. Unfortunately, the actress fears for her life as she had been provided no security as there have been no further complains registered in the case.
Soha also claimed that the producer had previously raped many other girls, who approached him to work and establish a career in the entertainment industry.
The police are investigating various aspects with regards to the case filed, further suspecting a case of damaging one’s image in the society.
