Is the ban on cinema illogical and useless?

Banning cinemas is illogical in an era when everyone has full access to the internet.

Today, we live in a world that is saturated with sights and sounds that leak across borders, despite prohibitions. In the digital age, bans make even less sense than older versions of censorship.

It appears mindless when governments speak of patriotism as some extreme form of clan loyalty, before which all sensibilities have to fade away.

We, as consumers of infotainment, almost never seriously cross question the cliched but threatening intentions of government propaganda.

In order to destabilize India’s revenue stream and support Pakistan’s showbiz stars, they instigate that it is the right time to be united with the government and this nation. Stakeholders should avail this opportunity by bringing the quality of movies on higher level, with better production values, better stories and better entertainment.

Watching movies in cinemas is a great way to pass time. We are living in the 21st century, and not being able to enjoy our favorite movie on the big screen is simply outlandish.
