The mother of ever-controversial veteran Pakistani actress has come under fire for legal reasons. This time around, it is not the controversy queen but Meera’s mother who has been issued non-bailable arrest warrant by an anti-corruption.
Meera’s mother Shafqat Zahra has been accused of illegally owning a three canal land of a citizen Azmatullah.
The warrant was issued after Shafqat Zahra failed to mark her presence in court, even after constant persistence and summoning by judges.
It is not for the first time that Meera’s mother or she, at the first place, have come under fire for confiscating properties or illegal involvement of land. Previously, Meera has also been booked for several cases of treachery and theft. So nothing new for this grapevine and rumour loving mother-daughter duo!
