Actress Emma Watson was recently the target of social media when her private pictures were stolen by unknown people. She has already been threatened with the leak of nude photographs as retaliation for her speech about gender equality as a UN ambassador for women.
Reportedly the photographs have been shared on “dark web”, which is an encrypted network and its not easily accessible by the average user.
Emma Watson has now decided to take a legal action, also her publicist said in a statement:
“Photos from clothes fitting Emma had with a stylist a couple of years ago have been stolen. They are not nude photographs. Lawyers have been instructed and we are not commenting further.”
