Three Indian actors who’ve shared the surname have ruled Bollywood for decades now are Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh Khan. The several comparisons drawn between them over the years have been inevitable. The most successful among the three Khans in recent times has been Aamir.
Recently at the launch of the film he was asked he was if he wishes for stardom like that of Shah Rukh Khan or Salman Khan.
To that, he said, “I am very happy in the space that I am. I think that I have a very warm relationship with my audience and it’s something that I have built over the years. It’s something that I cherish a lot and am very grateful for. There aren’t many people who can say that they have the freedom to work on something that they love. So, I am really happy, and this is the place that I want to be in.”
The actor added, “I think Salman and Shah Rukh both are huge stars and I am a fan of their roles. I don’t really compare like this. Each one is unique and different.”
Aamir is currently shooting for Thugs of Hindostan, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. Also featuring Amitabh Bachchan, Katrina Kaif and Jackie Shroff, it will release in 2018.
