Apparently, Jennifer Lawrence’s nude photos were hacked by a hacker named “George Garofano”. He was involved in a phishing scheme that included hacking of more than 250 iCloud accounts. He has been sentenced in prison for eight months and three years supervised release. Not only had he leaked nude pictures of celebrities, he had also admitted sending emails from Apple security accounts that saw personal information of users being stolen. He shared user IDs and other personal information of the users with other people.
In an interview, Jenifer said:
“It’s scary when you feel the whole world judges you. I think people saw [the hacking] for what it was, which was a sex crime, but that feeling, I haven’t been able to get rid of it. Having your privacy violated constantly isn’t a problem if you’re perfect. But if you’re human, it’s terrifying,”
