Hilary Duff has given birth to her second child, a baby girl she named Banks Violet Bair, Duff announced on Instagram tonight. The actress shared the very first photo of her baby alongside Duff and her boyfriend Matthew Koma. “Banks Violet Bair❤️,” Duff captioned the shot. “This little bit has fully stolen our hearts! She joined our world at home on Thursday afternoon and is absolute magic ✨”

Duff has one other child, her six-year-old song Luca Cruz, with her ex-husband Mike Comrie.
