With just two episodes into the romantic comedy Romeo Weds Heer, a drama serial that reunites Khaani duo, actor Feroze Khan and actress Sana Javed in lead roles, has topped the ratings chart, setting a new benchmark along the way. The second episode that aired on Sunday on Geo Entertainment has gotten 2.3 million views on YouTube.
Producer under the renowned banner of Abdullah Kadwani and Asad Qureshi’s 7th Sky Production, the drama attained the highest ever ratings of a television show and breaking all records received a viewership rating of 9.05.
The drama featuring – 7th Sky Entertainment’s last blockbuster serial – Khaani famed duo Sana-Feroz was highly anticipated amongst the masses even before it went on-air. The first episode claimed first rank on its premiere and broke records on YouTube with as many as 3.1 million views – the views have now reached 4.6 million.
The drama is a directorial of Anjum Shehzad. A light-hearted comedy drama, with hip and catchy feel to it, seems to be yet another hit.
