Yasir Hussain will be seen next in an Eid telefilm, Help Me Durdana. If the title sounds familiar, that’s because it is; it’s that famous dialogue by Humayun Saeed from Punjab Nahi Jaungi.
While talking about his role, Hussain revealed, “I play the character of a boy who due to some circumstances has to impersonate his mother. It’s a comedy film and the cast includes Ushna Shah and Mehmood Aslam, among others.”
Directed by Aabis Raza and produced by Fahad Mustafa (the duo behind Bandish), Help Me Durdana will air on ARY Digital.
