After the title track of Heer Maan Ja missed the mark, we were hoping that the next song will uplift our mood a bit and Kuch To Hua Hai didn’t disappoint us.
Sung by Rameez Khalid and Aima Baig, Kuch To Hua Hai is a delicate sentimental song that takes us on an adventure about how Heer (Hareem Farooq) begins to look all starry eyed at Kabeer (Ali Rehman Khan). The tune starts with a note that ‘it’s a romantic tale that has a past, will live everlastingly in your heart.’ Though we aren’t sure yet on the off chance that this romantic tale will have such dependable impression, anyway the sprouting school sentiment appeared in the tune is sweet.
Ali Rehman looks love-struck as he exchanges glances with Hareem during lectures. We are not sure about Hareem’s wardrobe though as donning a lehenga choli seems unfitting while you visit a amusement park. What interests us the most is how this besotted Kabeer will reach a point when he will visit Heer to apologize on her wedding day, as shown in the trailer.
