After an almost two-year separation, Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner officially filed for divorce on Thursday.
The former couple is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their three children, according to the Times, Garner was first to file a divorce petition in Los Angeles Superior Court, followed by a response filed by Affleck.
They are also said to still be in the process of negotiating a financial settlement and could finalise the divorce within the next six months.
