Eid is coming and so is ‘Khussa’ trend!

Eid shopping reaches its peak, Traditional Punjabi Footwear ‘Embroidered Leather Khussa’ sales goes up on Eid significantly all across the country as it still popular among Pakistani girls and boys with its unique designs.

Mojari or Khussa or Saleem Shahi’s is a style of handcrafted footwear produced in South Asia. They are traditionally made by artisans mostly using tanned leather.

The uppers are made of one piece of leather or textile embroidered and embellished with brass nails, cowry shells, mirrors, bells and ceramic beads. Khussa is made by artisans mostly using vegetable-tanned leather.

Either boys or girls or kids or old people, khussa is available for people of all ages. Especially with traditional dresses khussa looks simply elegant.
