Green tea really can help with the weight loss or not is a never ending debate.

Thousands of people around the world will vouch for me when I say green tea is truly an amazing drink and a great way to lose weight.

Here is a short video clearing up the most common statements thrown around with nobody really knowing whether there is any truth to them or not.

Green tea is a fat cutter and aids weight loss? Definitely a myth!

Green tea itself contains just a small amount to give your metabolism a mini little boost and not enough regardless of whenever you have it.

Unfortunately, sitting on your behind and sipping some tea is not going to magically assist in weight loss.
