Born in Kasur on 21st September, 1927, famously known as ‘Madam Noor Jehan’ made an immediate and impressive mark in the film industry of Pakistan, not only by her unique singing skills but also her talent on acting. She had claimed the position of being the center and heart of the film industry for over 60 years, and I believe that she still holds the same place even after her absence with the power of what she left behind.
