Healthy Immune System- Today & Tomorrow!

Your body needs supplements on daily basis but we tend to ignore it. After COVID-19, it’s high time we realize the importance of building our immune system and include the following food in our diet.

1. Citrus fruits

Vitamin C is used to increase the production of white blood cells, which are key to fighting infections. Almost all citrus fruits are high in vitamin C and it’s easy to squeeze the fruit to any meal.

Spinach is rich in vitamin C and it also increases the infection-fighting ability of our immune systems. It is the healthiest when it’s cooked as little as possible so that it retains its nutrients.

 

 

 

 

5. Yogurt

Plain yogurt is the best one because flavored yogurt has sugar. You can sweeten plain yogurt yourself with healthy fruits or by adding honey. instead. It is also a great source of Vitamin-D It helps to regulate the immune system and boost our body’s natural defenses against diseases.
