It was earlier announced that at least four Pakistani artists have been nominated for the 62nd Jio Filmfare Awards 2017 due to held in Mumbai.
However, an Indian filmmaker who is the recipient of several Filmfare awards has taken the move as a show of protest and has refused to attend the Filmfare awards over the nominations of Pakistani artists.
