Load Wedding, the 2018 rom-com starring Mehwish Hayat and Fahad Mustafa, which didn’t get enough screen time when it first released in August last year is returning to the cinemas again.
“The film has done great on the digital front. It’s got millions of views,” shared producer Fizza Ali Meerza about its YouTube stats. “Footfall has suffered in Pakistani cinemas recently, so it makes sense to put up films that have some pull. It’ll help both the cinemas and the films.”
“It feels great to be back in cinemas. I hope people who missed it before will be able to watch it now,” said director Nabeel Qureshi.
