And once again, Mawra Hocane signs a project with HUM TV and this time we are going back in time. Yes, you heard it right, the Sammi star is all set to act in a pre-partition based drama – Aangan.
According to sources, Mawra will star in Aangan – produced by Momina Duraid Productions and the man behind masterpieces like Udaari and Sadqay Tumhare, Ehtishamuddin. Whereas, the script is written by Mustafa Afridi.
The drama is set to invest a huge budget in showcasing the period before partition with lots of preparations on the go. Mawra is to be more than just excited to shoot with Ehtishamuddin, prticularly for his recent project Udaari, with Urwa Hocane, Ahan Khan and Bushra Ansari amongst the leading star cast.
