Celebrities have to go through gaining and losing weight, chopping off hair in order to step into the shoes of a character, almost everyone is making attempts to ace their roles to perfection. But recently, Ranveer Singh, who is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati, had to get slapped by the veteran actor Raza Murad for an important scene of the movie.
Not just this, since, Sanjay Leela Bhansali is known for being a perfectionist, he re-shot the scene for about 24 times—which also means that Ranveer Singh got slapped for 24 times and his face literally got red like a tomato after that.
The movie is releasing on November 17 this year.
