Something tells us Selena Gomez isn’t quite over Justin Bieber yet.
The 24-year-old singer who was in a relationship with Justin Bieber and is now romancing The Weeknd released a new song on Thursday which is about dating an alcoholic.
Twitter users assume the song is directed towards Bieber, who was arrested for a DUI and resisting arrest in Florida in 2014.
“We were sipping whisky neat / Highest floor, the Bowery / And I was high enough,” Gomez sings. “Somewhere along the lines / We stopped seeing eye to eye / You were staying out all night / And I had enough.”
“Who’s gonna walk you through the dark side of the morning? / Who’s gonna rock you when the sun won’t let you sleep? / Who’s waking up to drive you home when you’re drunk and all alone? / Who’s gonna walk you through the dark side of the morning? / It ain’t me.”
This is Gomez’s first song after a break of about a year. Her last hit was Kill ‘Em With Kindness from her Revival album.
