Known as the Corporate Couple Umme Muhammad & Zeshan Afzal recently made the nation proud by receiving the “Prime Minister’s Flood Heroes Award” by Government of Pakistan for their humble efforts by Million Smiles Foundation during Floods in Pakistan.
The Award was received by Ms. Umme Muhammad, Chairperson MSF at the PM Secretariat, in Islamabad. They were honored and recognized for their efforts during Floods in Pakistan reaching out to more than 1OO, OOO people sharing their “Smiles”.
Akhuwat, Milkar, Alkhidmat Foundation & Allahwala Trust were also amongst the leading NGOs recognized at the “PM’s Flood Heroes Awards” for their tremendous efforts during “Floods in Pakistan”.
The awards, organised under “Prime Minister’s Youth Programme (GoP)”, Higher Education Commission (HEC) and Milkar (an initiative by Hadi Saif), were attended by Minister of Planning & Development, Minister of Education, SAPM Youth Affairs, leading Bureaucrats, Ambassadors of UAE and Central Asia, HEC Chairman, Vice Chancellors and many other Government Dignitaries, Leading Corporates & Development Sector representatives.
