Intermitten Fasting- Does it work?

Who doesn’t like staying fit? Who doesn’t want to slay every outfit they wear? I know we all do but that requires us to stay healthy and be in shape. Going on a complete strict diet helps but it takes a lot of determination and hard work and is quite impossible for me because I am a die hard foodie and eradicating carbs from my daily life is a big NO for me! Here is something which is easy and extremely helpful and does wonders in a short span of time. Intermittent Fasting!!

Intermittent Fasting is a lifestyle, all you have to do is eat for certain period of time in a day, for example there are different fasting windows, 18:6, 16:8 and 20:6. I follow the 16:8 method, you eat in a particular calorie count for 8 hours and for 16 hours you aren’t allowed to eat anything, except water, tea, green tea and coffee WITHOUT sugar, well of course you have to or else what’s the point right?

Every individual’s body works differently, and they have their own level of BMI, and in accordance to that you have your own set of require calories which needs to be consumed in a day. If you go overboard with your calories in your eating window, then might as well leave it because it doesn’t work like that.

Every lifestyle you adopt takes a lot of courage and determination and of course time too. At first you might feel that isn’t working but believe me give it a month or more you ll definitely see results and you’ll be shocked as to how amazing this is. Not only your body looks great but you feel healthy and refreshed and you crave things less than usual, your appetite also decreases which is definitely what everyone desperately want!!
