According to news reports, a woman jumped off a United Airlines flight under mysterious circumstances after opening the emergency door, as the plane was taxiing on the runway of Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, United States.
On Flight 1892 from New Orleans to Houston, the woman suddenly swung open the over-wing exit door and jumped off, being 15 feet in air as the plane was taxiing at the airport, around 1:15 pm, according to a statement by the official airlines.
Police said that the woman had jumped out in an airport operating area.
Apparently, the woman did not say anything before attempting such an unexpected move, said a passenger on board. She jumped about 15 feet from the wing of the plane to the ground, after which she had been detained for further and related questioning.
