The Pakistan Film Festival New York started off with a grand red carpet reception on Friday and was then followed up with the screening of Pakistan’s most-loved movies including Mehreen Jabbar’s Dobara Phir Se and Nabeel Qureshi’s Actor In Law.
Here is what actually happened at the screening of Day 1:
Actor In Law was very well-received. Director Nabeel Qureshi was in high spirits after the screening.
A lot of celebrities were seen at the event; including Frieha Altaf, Mawra Hocane, Nabeel Qureshi, Mehreen Jabbar, producer of Dobara Phir Se Mr. Salman Iqbal and many more.
Also the legend of our silver screen Sabiha Khanum to the UN Deputy Secretary General was present at the reception to launch the Pakistan Film Festival.
The day 2 will screen Dukhtaar and Lahore se Aagay.
