BENEFITS OF VEGETABLES

Vegetables play a very important part in our lives. It is specially best for our health. Vegetables are full of rich vitamins, minerals and healthy nutrients.
They decrease the risk of heart diseases. It prevents from cancer. Maintain blood pressure and even sugar level. Green vegetables specially green onions, celery, coriander, lettuce, spinach and many more greens are best for eye sight. Many people say that it’s a Myth. But it’s actually a fact . Greens do help you with the eye sight. You can not just eat or drink vegetables, you can also apply it on your face to get beautiful and glowy skin. Vegetables such as carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes etc is very good for your skin.

As part of an overall healthy diet, eating food such as vegetables that are lower in calories per cup instead of some other high-calorie food may be useful in helping to lower calorie intake. The few vegetables that I personally use for my skin, vegetables that I apply on my skin as a paste are tomatoes, potatoes and cucumbers for my skin and eyes specially.
