Do expensive clothes come with a guarantee of ethics? If you pay more for clothing, do workers on assembly lines and in cotton fields automatically get paid more?
Once a brand makes its value in the eyes of the consumer, they start to take that as an advantage for itself because they collaborate with lesser known brands because of their low cost of making clothes and then in turn sell them at their own price which is still cheap for the end consumer, imagine what price it would have been made for!
Would you rather pay more and get a quality product or pay less and get something lesser in quality?
