Few months go UN Women Goodwill Ambassador Emma Watson made a speech for the ‘HeForShe’ campaign in which she said:
“I am reaching out to you because I need your help. We want to end gender inequality—and to do that we need everyone to be involved.”
For the record, feminism by definition is:
“The belief that men and women should have equal rights and opportunities. It is the theory of the political, economic and social equality of the sexes.”
The reason of sharing this is to make people remember the importance of gender equality.
This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is ‘Be Bold For Change.’ And to encourage women to be bolder, stronger and more powerful in all spheres of life.
