Flu season hacks!


The season for runny, blocked noses and itchy throat is on the rise, it is time to ensure we take all the precautions to firstly avoid this germ as much as possible or atleast know what we should do to recover soon if we catch the bug!

  1. Wash your hands regularly and ensure you you use sanitiser. 
  2. Avoid sharing food and drinks. 
  3. Eat your way to boost immunity. 
  4. Switch your winter beverages. Avoid caffeine. 
  5. Start consuming herbs or spices such as fennel, turmeric and cinnamon. 
  6. Include ginger in your day to day diet. 
  7. Stress less and sleep more. 

Stay well hydrated during this season and ensure you keep your body active by eating and drinking the right things. I’m off to drink some ginger tea and boost my immunity.
