It’s a WING TING!

Have you ever craved a finger licking, slightly spicy, a hint of sweetness, complex flavours yet an extremely simple sauce for your wings? 

A healthy, protein filled snack with just the right condiments to make your mouth water at the sound of it. 

Here’s my recipe for the ideal snack for those on the go or looking to spice up a party with this combo. 

If you’re short on time, get pre baked wings from any store, I usually go for KnN’s. Take a pan, heat some olive oil and add your wings, sauté them a little and add a few tbsps of water and cover to steam. 

Once done, add crushed garlic, barbecue sauce, chilli flakes, black pepper, pink salt, a pinch of cajun seasoning and stir well. Once the sauce is thick, aromatic and sticky, serve your wings. Garnish them with scallions and you’re all set. 

You’ll be left wanting more.
