8 March marks women day around the globe well to think about it what is women’s day ? Is it the day we cherish our existence as the female gender or is it when we realise how we are considered the weaker gender.
Having said that why are women who come out and participate in the Aurat March targeted and labelled as rebels. How is a women chanting for her basic rights a rebel where as a man claiming his rights masculine.
Feminism is not about equality it’s actually about rights, women in our society are striving for their basic rights, their basic rights to health, happiness & respect. It’s not a war of genders or egos it’s a matter of respect and support if both the genders respect each other and their rights this world would be a much better place.
